The support contract provides you with support via the following means:

Telephone

Our experienced support staff are available to take your calls, during office hours Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm). Outside of these hours we have a telephone answering machine where you may leave messages so that our staff may reply the next working day.

Remote Access

Along with telephone support we are able to offer support via a remote connection with your computer system using Microsoft® NetMeeting® allowing us to actively walk you through your problems or solve them directly.
