Easy FM software training
Our structured Easy FM training course will help you learn how to use your system quickly and effectively, with plenty of hands-on practice at individual work stations guided by our professional company trainer. Training can be carried out either in EDL's training centre or on-site at your facility. Price of training is generally £650 per day, based on 4 members of staff.
Consultation to determine customer requirements
Everything you need to kick start your new maintenance system including assessment of old and development of new maintenance plan, asset survey, data loading, planning and optimisation. Price will obviously vary but a guideline would be in the region of £6000 for a site with approx. 1000 assets. Note: This refers to Easy FM Technical only. Data services for Easy FM Complete, subject to negotiation.
Conversion of existing data
If your company has data stored in your computer already, either from an old application or database, then the data can be converted and imported into your new Easy FM system saving your company a great deal of time and money. The charge for conversions depends on the complexity of the data and is based on a daily rate.
Measured Building Surveys for Asset Maintenance Plan
Accurate surveys of buildings carried out with state-of-the-art digital laser technology to include; walls, doors, windows, sanitary-ware, room use, room area, gross internal area, etc. Surveys conducted in accordance with RICS specification and supplied in any digital format including AutoCAD '.dwg' or '.dxf'.
Topographical Surveys/GIS Interface
Carried out in accordance with RICS specification and supplied in any format. Competitive rates subject to negotiation.
